关于磁力泵操作要求

（1）操作要求
1.磁力泵在正常操作下，不存在随时间推移而老化的现象,但当泵过载,堵转或操作温度高于磁钢许用温度时就会发生退磁.因此磁力泵必须在正常操作下运行.
2.磁力泵禁忌空转,以避免滑动轴承和隔离套烧坏.磁力泵输送的介质捕允许含有铁磁杂质.磁力泵不允许在小于30%额定流量下工作
3.磁力泵不需要任何方法保养,但经常检查电流,温升和出口压力是否正常,是否渗漏运行,是否平稳和噪声是否正常.一般情况下建议2-3个月检查一次.必要时随时检查,发现异常情况及时处理.

（2）维护
1.开泵前除自吸式的磁力泵以外，其它的必须先灌泵，同时必须关闭排出阀。
2.运转时可以短时间关闭排出阀运转，待出口压力起来后再打开出口阀。
3.磁力泵的流量调节通常情况调节排出阀、旁路阀、特殊情况下也可以调节泵的转速（如果采用变频电机）
4.其它应注意泵的流量、扬程、振动、噪声、温度等相关参数，若有异常应及时处理。

（3）检修
1.壳体
一般用球墨铸铁制造，具有较好的机械强度，并能够承受重型管道的载荷，相当一部分还采用了垫片密封，也有O形圈来密封端面的。也有磁力泵吸入口还安装了单向的止回阀，从而能降低回流速度，加快注液速度。
2.轴承座及止推环
现在先进的磁力泵已经采用了大尺寸、超重载荷的设计，即使在最为苛刻的条件下也能保持其长期的稳定性能。其材质以选用碳化硅及填充纤维的ETFE外套为最佳，检修时应注意轴承的内外表面应无划痕，且与轴的配合间隙在规定的范围之内。
3.叶轮及口环
叶轮多采用成型的流线型整体式的铸造结构，先进的设计把内磁体镶嵌于叶轮中。口环一般选用CFR/TFE或碳化硅材料制作。由于口环和叶轮均为易损件，且装配要求的配合尺寸间隙高，因此，检修中应保证口环的间隙。
4.轴大多数磁力泵的周采用了碳化硅，检修中应仔细测量其于轴承配合处的尺寸并测量其径向的跳动，最大的弯曲以不超过0.10mm为宜。
5.磁力耦合器
由于采用了高强度的稀土磁体使泵可以在全程温度范围内以额定扭矩运转而不需要软启动电动机，此外，磁体均被严密的包封住，以防备内外腐蚀的侵蚀，检修中需要注意不要损坏磁体的保护层，否则会降低磁力驱动的效果。
6.后盖隔离罩
现在以采用非金属后盖隔离罩为最佳的选择，即复合层覆盖支撑的氟塑料，这样不存在涡流损失。而同样采用带有金属后盖的隔离罩的磁性连轴器，其效率仅为75%。检修拆卸后应进行仔细的检查看是否有裂纹存在，必要时可以进行探伤，以保证具有的耐破裂压力和安全系数。 ......
